Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with MOKA By Moka Kanai.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We are currently only shipping within the United Kingdom. We offer delivery to all residential and business addresses within:

  • England;
  • Scotland;
  • Wales; and
  • Northern Ireland.

We do not ship internationally at the moment.


PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays), with standard processing time of 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 2:00pm or over the weekend/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

We ship using trusted UK carriers - Royal Mail and Evri.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • Tracked delivery.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY:

  • Available on orders over £100.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • Tracked delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, seasonal demand).


SHIPPING COST

Standard delivery: £5.95

Free standard delivery on all orders over £100.


ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier.


FAILED DELIVERIES OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur re-shipping fees.

If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave a card or attempt redelivery according to their policy.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, defective, with the wrong items or missing items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@mokakanai.com.

Please provide:

  • your order number;
  • clear photos of the packaging and product; and
  • a brief description of the issue.

We will work promptly to resolve the matter.
